The TrustedTech Difference
Our Process
Step 1: Check Insurance, Qualification and Licenses
First we make sure the business has a valid ABN / ACN, adeqaute insurance and where appropriate relevant qualifications and licenses.
Step 1: Business Questionnaire
Every business submits a detailed questionnaire which records information about their business structure, key personnel, business registration, insurance, licenses, qualifications and trading history.
Step 2: Review and Verify Information
Then our team carefully reviews the application and checks everything is up to standard – this includes a valid ABN / ACN, adequate insurance and where appropriate relevant qualifications and licenses.
Step 3: Conduct Research
If the business passes stage 2 our team will conduct further research to find out the history of the company. This involves checking online review websites, forums and social media to find out people’s experience with the business.
Step 4: Owner / Director Interview
The next step is an interview with the owner or director. Our questions are designed to make sure the business is committed to providing a great customer experience at all times, and they are willing to uphold our customer charter / standards.
At this stage we may contact a selection of previous customers and trade references to further verify the company.
Step 5: Sign our customer charter
Every business must agree to and sign our customer charter (see below). This is designed to ensure all dealings are professional, fair, up-front and honest.
